It’s about damn time.
Twitter is being sued for $250 million by California Congressman Devin Nunes over its censorship of conservatives, shadow-banning and its complicit role in the online smearing and defamation of conservative voices.
California GOP Rep. Devin Nunes filed a major lawsuit seeking $250 million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages against Twitter and a handful of its users on Monday, accusing the social media site of “shadow-banning conservatives” including himself to influence the 2018 elections, systematically censoring opposing viewpoints and totally “ignoring” lawful complaints of repeated abusive behavior.
In a complaint filed in Virginia state court on Monday, obtained by Fox News, Nunes claimed Twitter wanted to derail his work on the House Intelligence Committee, which he chaired until 2019, as he looked into alleged and apparent surveillance abuses by the government. Nunes said Twitter was guilty of “knowingly hosting and monetizing content that is clearly abusive, hateful and defamatory – providing both a voice and financial incentive to the defamers – thereby facilitating defamation on its platform.”
Over the last two years, Nunes has emerged as one of the most courageous voices in the entire U.S. Congress. He has fought to expose the deep state “spygate” conspiracy to illegally spy on Trump campaign officials using FISA court abuse, and he has fearlessly faced the media day after day to challenge the fake news “Russia collusion” narrative, which the deep state has been exploiting to try to overthrow the outcome of the 2016 election.
Jack Dorsey, meanwhile, has emerged as a deceptive, vindictive techno-tyrant who routinely lies to Congress while surreptitiously plotting to silence all the voices he doesn’t like. My own account on twitter (@HealthRanger) was completely cut off without warning just hours after I publicly criticized Jack Dorsey and his involvement in a shady Bitcoin scheme that smacks of criminal money laundering.
I have publicly called for Jack Dorsey’s arrest and indictment under federal racketeering laws (the RICO Act) for his involvement in meddling in the 2018 mid-term elections and his ongoing efforts to steal the 2020 elections for Democrats by silencing all conservative voices.
One of the tactics Jack Dorsey allowed to play out across Twitter was the creation of a fake account called “DevinNunesMom,” controlled by a deranged Leftist who impersonated the mother of Devin Nunes and used the account to smear Nunes with a barrage of false and damaging accusations. That account was allowed to operate throughout the mid-term elections, no doubt personally protected by Jack Dorsey himself as part of his racketeering criminal operation to steal U.S. elections.
As Fox News reports:
The complaint also named “Devin Nunes’ Mom,” “a person who, with Twitter’s consent, hijacked Nunes’ name, falsely impersonated Nunes’ mother, and created and maintained an account on Twitter (@DevinNunesMom) for the sole purpose of attacking, defaming, disparaging and demeaning Nunes.”
Nunes lawyers’ wrote, “In her endless barrage of tweets, Devin Nunes’ Mom maliciously attacked every aspect of Nunes’ character, honesty, integrity, ethics and fitness to perform his duties as a United States Congressman.”
Had such an account been created against a Democrat — such as, for example, “OcasioCortezMom” — and used to spread lies and defamatory information about AOC, there’s no doubt that account would have been terminated almost immediately.
Jack Dorsey runs Twitter like a mafia organization, protecting the top criminals while allowing his “hit men” to smear and defame his political opponents. That’s why Dorsey must be arrested and prosecuted for racketeering and other felony crimes.
As the Nunes lawsuit alleges:
“The shadow-banning was intentional,” the complaint continued. “It was calculated to interfere with and influence the federal election and interfere with Nunes’ ongoing investigation as a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Twitter’s actions affected the election results. The combination of the shadow-ban and Twitter’s refusal to enforce its Terms and Rules in the face of clear and present abuse and hateful conduct caused Nunes to lose support amongst voters.”
Now, we are finally starting to see legal action initiated against Twitter, an extremely dangerous and dishonest social media entity that operates completely outside U.S. law and any reasonable code of conduct for such a large public discussion platform. The U.S. Department of Justice must criminally indict Twitter’s CEO for his role in the stealing of the 2018 mid-term elections which saw nearly the entire state of California flip for the Dems.
That’s the goal of Twitter’s ongoing criminal cartel: To censor all conservative voices and steal the 2020 election, carrying out exactly what Democrats have been claiming the Russians did in 2016.
Twitter even openly admits shadow-banning whatever political content it doesn’t want the world to see. As further explained by The Gateway Pundit:
Twitter has confessed that they shadowbanned a factual tweet about Hillary Clinton working with Russians to obtain information about then-candidate Donald Trump.
Sean Davis, co-founder of conservative website The Federalist, had tweeted a screenshot of former FBI attorney Lisa Page’s Congressional testimony in which she discussed an urgency within the FBI to find evidence of someone within the Trump campaign working with the Russians to obtain damaging information about Clinton.
Shortly after the post, Davis tweeted screenshots of his tweet not appearing on feeds for other people — though it remained visible to him. He asked if Twitter was “experimenting with shadow bans by deleting tweets so others can’t see them, but keeping them visible to you while you’re logged in?”
Nearly a week later, Davis posted an update saying that Twitter had confirmed to him that they did indeed shadowban his tweet — in order to “keep people safe[.]”
Is @Twitter experimenting with shadow bans by deleting tweets so others can't see them, but keeping them visible to you while you're logged in? I had to re-publish my original Lisa Page transcript tweet because it was disappeared to everyone but me. pic.twitter.com/RugtpK2MYn

Join the grassroots effort to demand that Twitter reinstate the @HealthRanger account that was completely banned without warning and without justification.
Tweet #FascistJack using the Twitter handle @Jack, or reach out to @Twitter and send them a link to this article.
Tick tock… Twitter’s day of reckoning is coming, and Devin Nunes just ignited the first round of fireworks.
