On April 17, the public charity America First Legal (AFL) filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alleging that the manufacturer of Bud Light and other cheap-quality beer products actively discriminates against whites and other denigrated demographics in its employee hiring process.
Pointing to the Missouri-based company’s 2023 Leadership Accelerator Program as evidence, AFL says that Anheuser-Busch is catering specifically to non-whites, or what the company describes as “individuals who identify as historically underrepresented groups.”
“We encourage candidates who identify as Black, Latinx, and Native American to apply, as well as those who identify with a historically underrepresented group,” reads the Anheuser-Busch 2023 Leadership Accelerator Program job profile, which erroneously lists the company as being an “equal opportunity employer.”
In the world of Anheuser-Busch, there is apparently no instance in which a person with fair skin has ever been anything but privileged. As such, the company actively discriminates against whites without shame, the complaint essentially implies.
“The evidence is that Anheuser-Busch is knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully discriminating based on race, color, national origin, and sex with respect to employment and job training opportunities,” reads the complaint.

AFL is really driving home the point that those of both Caucasian and Asian descent are not welcome to work at Anheuser-Busch, which puts the company in direct violation of federal law.
Anheuser-Busch’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy also excludes men in order to cater to the presence of “women,” including trans women (i.e., men in drag who may or may not still have male body parts), which is also illegal.
“It is a fast-track program to executive leadership positions at Anheuser-Busch, and it is limited to candidates based on race,” reads a separate letter from AFL further accusing Anheuser-Busch of breaking the law. “The proforma Equal Opportunity Employer language at the end of the posting does mask the company’s discriminatory intent and purpose.”
Federal law specifically prohibits an employer from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or religion. Anheuser-Busch appears to be guilty of violating the law in this sense by discriminating against white people and white men specifically.
“A commissioner’s charge is particularly appropriate here because there is ample reason to believe that Anheuser-Busch has knowingly and intentionally violated federal law and will continue to do so,” the AFL letter further reads.
“The corporation has chosen to promote and use employment practices that are both patently illegal and deeply harmful.”
Much of the problem appears to lie with Alissa Heinerscheid, who was appointed as vice president of marketing at Anheuser-Busch in July 2022. After that, Anheuser-Busch went “woke” almost instantaneously, almost like Heinerscheid was planted within the company’s executive board to sink the company into a woke abyss.
This seems to be the case with many American companies these days, by the way. Nefarious entities plant their own onto company boards for the implicit purpose of driving these companies into the ground, which represents a breach of fiduciary duty both to shareholders and company employees.
“Female representation in this role has been something I’ve been really committed to,” Heinerscheid admitted upon assuming her new role at the company, adding in a March 23 podcast that she is committed to pushing an “inclusive” ideology.
“Ever since I took this job, I wanted to try to move the needle in some small choices along the way,” Heinerscheid added.
